Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.
Package Your Device
Place the item in its original packaging with all included accessories and cables, then securely seal it in a shipping box with the label attached.
Receive Your Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement device within 3-5 business days.
